Legal
Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 1 September 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Financial Bloom Academy website, assessments, reports, programmes and membership services (together, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. About us and your contract
The Service is operated by Financial Bloom Academy ("we", "us", "our"), and you contract directly with Financial Bloom Academy when you purchase or use the Service. You can reach us at support@financialbloomacademy.com.
By continuing to use the Service you accept these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation; otherwise you confirm you are of legal age to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction.
2. The Service
Financial Bloom Academy provides holistic financial education, including the Where Is My Money Going?™ diagnostic assessment, the personalised Money Leak Report™, The 30-Day Money Reset™ programme, the Money Moves™ curriculum, the Financial Bloom Newsletter and related member services. Some parts of the Service are free; others are paid digital products or subscriptions.
3. Educational content — not financial advice
All content provided through the Service is for general educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, investment, legal, tax or other professional advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any product or asset. Decisions you make about your money remain your own responsibility; please consult a licensed professional for advice specific to your circumstances.
4. Purchases, billing and our reseller Paddle
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms (paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms). One-off purchases (such as the Money Leak Report™) are charged once. The Academy Membership is a monthly subscription that renews automatically each billing period until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the period you have paid for.
5. Your account
Where the Service offers a member account, you must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
6. Licence and acceptable use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service, including your purchased reports and programme materials, for your own personal, non-commercial use, within the plan you have selected.
You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose, fraud or spam;
- infringe our or anyone else's intellectual property rights;
- interfere with the Service's security or operation, including by introducing malware, probing or scanning our systems, or scraping the Service;
- reverse engineer, resell, redistribute or share your purchased materials;
- attempt to circumvent technical or payment limits.
7. Intellectual property
We retain all ownership of the Service and its intellectual property, including the Where Is My Money Going?™, Money Leak Report™, Money Leak Finder™, The 30-Day Money Reset™, Money Moves™, Money Claims Map™, Pattern Spotter™, Financial Pressure Map™, Trigger Tracker™, Reality Map™ and Money Commitment™ names, the software, documentation, curricula and branding. Your purchase gives you a personal licence to use the materials — it does not transfer ownership.
8. Your content
Answers and information you enter into assessments and programme tools remain yours. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to provide the Service to you — for example, to generate your personalised report or save your programme progress.
9. Service level and warranties
We work hard to keep the Service available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. The Service is provided "as is" and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service where you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay amounts due, where we reasonably suspect fraud or a security risk, or where you repeatedly or seriously violate our policies. When access ends, your right to use the Service stops; you may contact us within 30 days of termination to request an export of your programme data, after which it may be deleted.
11. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our aggregate liability to you is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. General
You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Financial Bloom Academy is established, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
